01 · What we do

One partner for the whole life of your technology.

We are a Value Added Reseller: we sit between the manufacturers and the businesses that buy from them, and we help those businesses buy, run and get value from their technology.

Rather than dealing with dozens of brands directly, you work with one partner who handles all of it, from sourcing to delivery to support. Think of us as a personal shopper and project manager for your company's technology. We work only with businesses, from small and medium firms through to enterprise.

“I have a million salespeople willing to sell me a ladder after I fall into a hole. I could name maybe three that can help me avoid the hole in the first place.”A VP of IT, on why he works with us

Sourcing and buying

Our buying power gets better prices on servers, laptops, monitors and software licences than a single company can on its own.

Technical advice

We don't take orders. We tell you which technologies fit your budget and your goals, and which don't.

Configuration

Buy 100 laptops and we install your security software and settings before they ship. They arrive ready to hand out.

Asset management

We track when warranties expire and subscriptions renew, so you never lose service or pay for what you don't use.

  • 01Hardware and infrastructureOur foundation

Enterprise hardware, networking and data centre equipment, with a focus on commercial value and on managing the kit across its full life, from first quote to last disposal. Everything the billion-pound resellers list, without the billion-pound account structure.

    Data centre
    • Servers, storage and hyperconverged from HPE, Dell and NetApp
    • Backup and disaster recovery
    • Racks, power and refresh planning
    Networking and connectivity
    • Switching, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN from Cisco, Aruba and Juniper
    • Firewalls and secure edge from Palo Alto
    • Leased lines, dark fibre, 4G/5G and satellite backup through our managed service operation
    End-user devices
    • Laptops, desktops, monitors and docks from HP, Lenovo and Samsung
    • Rugged and mobile devices from Zebra and Samsung Knox
    • Headsets, webcams and meeting-room kit from Logitech
    • Printers and print consumables
    Lifecycle services
    • Sourcing and partner pricing, stockholding for planned rollouts
    • Configuration: imaging, Intune and Autopilot enrolment, asset tagging, labelling and kitting
    • Staged delivery to sites or home addresses, on-site installation when you need hands
    • Warranty, maintenance and renewal tracking; secure data sanitisation, ITAD and recycling at end of life
    • Leasing and device-as-a-service options through our finance partners
    When it's on fire

Anyone can look good on a planned project with a twelve-week runway. Friday at 4:40pm, when a starter needs a laptop on Monday or a host has failed, is where a supplier shows you what it actually is. That's the space we're built for.

    1. The call. You ring 0203 858 0264 and a person who knows your estate picks up. No ticket-first triage, no hold music while it burns.
    2. The truth. What's in stock, what isn't and what we'd do in your position. We won't promise Monday and miss.
    3. The kit. Imaged, enrolled, labelled and asset-tagged before it leaves us. Next day on stocked items is the aim, same day when it can't wait.
    4. The loop. Asset register updated, warranty logged, renewal date in the diary. The same fire shouldn't get to start again.
  • 02Cloud, Azure and MicrosoftMicrosoft CSP provider

We deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure with ongoing cost control and licence management. We don't just sell licences. We manage and rationalise them so you get real value from what you already pay for, backed by a UK Microsoft indirect CSP distributor with round-the-clock technical assistance behind us.

    Licensing, done properly
    • Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform under one CSP agreement, one invoice
    • Monthly and annual terms matched to your headcount, with the New Commerce rules explained in plain English before you commit
    • A licence position review before every renewal, so leavers, duplicates and unused add-ons don't roll over
    • Moving you off an Enterprise Agreement or Open when it stops making sense, and telling you when it doesn't
    Modern workplace
    • Microsoft 365 rollouts, tenant tidy-ups and migrations from Google or on-premise Exchange
    • Intune and Autopilot, so new devices enrol themselves and arrive ready
    • Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop when a laptop isn't the answer
    • Copilot readiness: data hygiene and permissions first, licences second
    Azure, without the bill shock
    • Migration of on-premise workloads when a server refresh stops adding up
    • Backup and disaster recovery into Azure, with tested restores
    • Reservations, right-sizing and a monthly spend review, so the bill goes down as often as it goes up
    • Microsoft Fabric for the data side: one platform for lakehouse, data engineering and Power BI, licensed and sized properly from day one
    • Managed Azure through our managed service operation when you'd rather not run it yourself
    Security you already pay for
    • Defender, Entra ID with conditional access and MFA, Purview and Sentinel, switched on properly
    • Business Premium, E3 and E5 include more security than most tenants use; we start there before selling anything
    • Zscaler and Palo Alto where Microsoft stops
    • Cyber Essentials alignment as a by-product, not a project
  • 03Managed IT services24/7, 365

Service desk, infrastructure support and project delivery, so the environments we design and supply are properly run and supported. 64TEQ leads the relationship from start to finish, backed by a UK managed service operation that is ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certified, government-approved and a Microsoft partner, built to run around the clock. RingCentral brings business phone, messaging, meetings and contact centre together on one platform, now built around AI: a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader for twelve consecutive years, 600,000+ customers in 100+ countries, running at 99.999% availability. We do more than move you to cloud telephony. We focus on the value after go-live, because that is where the return is and where most setups fall short.

    The platform
    • RingEX: calls, messaging, video meetings and fax in one app
    • RingCX: omnichannel contact centre with outbound and workforce engagement
    • RingCentral Events for virtual, hybrid and in-person events
    • 500+ integrations, including Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, plus open APIs
The AI you're probably already paying for

    • Personal AI assistant: live call notes, summaries, message drafting and translation
    • RingSense conversation intelligence: call scoring, coaching and insights straight into your CRM
    What we do around it
    • Migration from on-premise PBX or a legacy hosted provider, numbers ported without drama
    • Handsets, headsets and meeting-room hardware, configured before they arrive
    • Licence review before every renewal, so you stop paying for seats nobody calls from
    Where the gap is biggest
    • Private healthcare and other regulated sectors often run the core platform without the AI tools
    • That means analytics, call insights and automation already sitting inside what they own, unused
    • We find it, switch it on and prove the return
  • 05Data and digital solutionsWith Collaboraite

Things you can use right now.

No sign-up, no form, nothing stored. They're grouped the same way as what we do: hardware, cloud and Microsoft, communications, then the two that cut across everything. Agent TEQYHello. I'm Agent TEQY, 64TEQ's AI assistant. Technical questions across hardware, cloud and Microsoft licensing: spec clarification, Azure, a licensing breakdown, anything tech-related. Pick one below, or picture asking me at 11pm on a Sunday.
Stock check

Got a part code? See what the UK channel is holding.

Type a manufacturer part code and we show you live distributor stock across the UK channel: how many units, how many distributors have it and how soon it can be with you. Before anyone quotes you, not after.

Only the part code you type goes to our channel feed. If a code isn't recognised, or you'd rather ask, a person checks it for you.

Live UK channel stock for that code appears here: units available now, units due and the earliest it can reach you.

Warranty check

Serial numbers in, warranty dates out.

Paste one serial or two hundred from the asset register, one per line. We work out the manufacturer from the format, look up each warranty and give you the end dates in one list, oldest first. Anything expiring can go straight into the renewal calendar below.

Only the serials you paste are looked up, and nothing is kept. Dell, HP, HPE, Lenovo and Cisco are the ones we can check; anything else, or anything out of warranty, a person picks up. Whether a product or Windows version is still being patched is a different question: that's the end-of-support checker under Renewals.

Dell service tags, HP and HPE serials, Lenovo serials and Cisco serials are recognised by their format. Apple and Surface can only be checked on the makers' own sites.

Warranty type, end date and days left for each serial appear here, with anything expiring or expired at the top.

Device refresh planner

Paste the asset list. See the next three years of refresh.

One line per model with roughly when you bought it and how many: 40 × HP EliteBook 840 G8, Mar 2021. We work out the age profile, what's already out of warranty and which year each wave of devices falls due, with a rough budget against each.

Read in your browser, nothing uploaded. Change the warranty term, the refresh age and the cost per device to match how you buy. The waves can go straight into the renewal calendar.

£
Dates can be a month and year or just a year. Quantity can go first (40 ×) or last (, 40).

The age profile, what's out of warranty and the refresh waves by year appear here, with a budget against each.

Cloud and Microsoft

Where the licence money goes, what you already own inside the plans and what the plans actually contain.

Licence position

Where the Microsoft money is leaking.

Enter each plan by hand, or paste the Active users report from the Microsoft 365 admin centre and we'll count it for you. Approximate list prices are pre-filled; overwrite them with what you pay.

You get the idle cost per plan, the total and what we'd look at first: mis-sized plans, anniversary timing, the seats that could be F3 rather than E3. Everything is read in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and names in the report are ignored.

Approximate UK list prices per user per month, ex VAT, annual term. We confirm live pricing before anything changes.

Your position appears here: idle seats and cost per plan, the yearly total and what we'd look at first.

What you already own

The security you're paying for and may never have switched on.

Pick your Microsoft plan and any add-ons. We list what's already inside it, from Conditional Access and Intune to Defender and data loss prevention, and flag the ones most estates leave off. Some of it you may be buying again from someone else.

Based on Microsoft's published plan contents at September 2026. Plans change, so treat it as the first look before a proper review, which we do as a matter of course.

Add-ons you also have
Nothing is sent anywhere. The list is worked out in your browser from the plan you pick.

What's included, what's an add-on and what's usually left switched off appear here, with the three we'd turn on first.

Microsoft licensing, decoded

Which plan has Teams in it?

And which one has the security you think you already bought? Microsoft rebundles faster than anyone can track. Ask in plain English, including roughly what a licence lists at.

Approximate list prices only; we confirm the live SKU and price before you buy.

Answers appear here.

What's changed latelyNewest first, with what's coming at the top. Ask above if you've heard of a change that isn't here.
  1. Coming Sterling prices will be realigned to the dollar once a year from January 2027, with notice each November, instead of twice a year. Budget for a step change every January rather than drift through the year.
  2. Coming Year one of Windows 10 Extended Security Updates ends. Year two costs about twice as much per device and year three twice that again, with roughly a quarter off for devices managed in Intune or Autopatch. Windows 10 LTSB 2016 ends the same day.
  3. Coming The 5% uplift for paying monthly on an annual term extends to software subscriptions in CSP: Windows Server, SQL Server, CALs and System Center. Annual billing is unaffected. It applies at renewal.
  4. Coming The launch discounts on Microsoft 365 E7 and the 10 to 15% offers on E5 end. E3's 10% three-year and 20% one-year offers run to 31 December, as does half price on Purview Suite for Business Premium when bought with Copilot.
  5. Windows 365 Frontline was renamed Windows 365 Flex. Nothing else changed.
  6. Business Standard with Copilot and Business Premium with Copilot became permanent plans for organisations under 300 people. Windows Server 2016 Extended Security Updates appeared in the CSP price list ahead of its January 2027 end. Defender Threat Intelligence was retired as a standalone licence and folded into the Defender portal. CSP prices for Entra ID P2 and the Defender for Endpoint P2 and Defender for Office 365 P2 add-ons were brought into line with Enterprise Agreement pricing.
  7. UK list prices went up on 1 July. E3 is now about £33.50, E5 about £51.60 and F3 about £7.70 a user a month; Business Premium stayed put. The same update added Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 to Microsoft 365 E3 and Office 365 E3, Intune Plan 2 and Remote Help to Microsoft 365 E3, and time-of-click link protection plus a larger mailbox to Business Basic and Standard.
  8. Microsoft 365 E7 arrived: E5 plus Copilot, Agent 365 and the Entra Suite in one licence, at about £82 a user a month.
  9. Enterprise Agreements are being retired for many mid-sized customers. The replacements are CSP and MCA-E, and the renewal is the moment to choose.
  10. Teams left the Enterprise plans for new subscriptions. E3 and E5 are now sold without it and Teams Enterprise is a separate line.
  11. New Commerce terms apply to everything above: annual commitments, a short cancellation window after purchase and a premium for paying monthly on an annual term.

Communications

Telephony and contact centre: the seat count decides the bill, so get it right before the renewal.

Contact centre seat sizer

How many agents do you actually need on the phones?

Put in the calls you take in your busiest hour, how long each one lasts and the answer time you're aiming for. We give you the agents needed at once, the headcount to roster once holidays and breaks are allowed for, and what happens if the numbers move.

Standard Erlang C maths, the same model the big platforms use. It assumes calls arrive at random and nobody hangs up, so it errs on the safe side. Good for sizing a licence; not a replacement for workforce management.

Shrinkage is the share of paid time agents aren't available to take calls: breaks, training, holiday, sickness. Thirty per cent is typical.

Agents on the phones, headcount to roster, occupancy and average speed of answer appear here, with what changes if the calls or handling time move.

Renewals

Across hardware, software, cloud and telephony: the dates that decide the price.

End-of-support checker

Is it still being patched? Not the same question as the warranty.

Paste what you run, one per line: Windows versions, Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange, Office, vSphere, Linux releases and the hardware families they sit on. We give you the date the maker stops fixing it, and how long that leaves you.

How this differs from the warranty check. A warranty is about one box and its serial number: will the maker repair it. End of support is about the product line or software version: will it still get security updates. That ends for everyone on the same day, whatever you paid, and it's the date auditors and insurers ask about.

Software and operating systems have fixed public dates and we hold them here. Hardware end-of-service dates vary by model, so for those we tell you what to send us.

What each line was read as, the date support ends and how long that leaves appear here, with anything already unsupported at the top.

Renewal calendar

Never be surprised by a renewal again.

One per line, item then date. We sort them, count the days and give you a calendar file with a reminder 60 days ahead of each.

Dates are read as UK dates. Sixty days out is when you want the options in front of you, not the invoice.

Your renewals appear here, soonest first, with the days to go.

Your whole estate

Paste what you run and get a first read on what needs attention.

Estate reader

A first read on what needs attention.

Paste what you run: an asset list, a licence export, a renewal spreadsheet as text or just a few lines from memory. Dates help; part numbers help more.

Findings come back sorted by how soon they bite: what's ending, what's idle, what's missing a date. Then one tap to send the list to us, or copy it for your own notes.

Read once by Claude and not stored. Nothing is kept by 64TEQ unless you choose to send it to us.
What we'd flag

Findings land here.

Any quote you've been given

Even if it isn't ours. Especially if it isn't ours.

Second opinion

Got a quote? We'll tell you if it's fair.

Paste the lines from any quote, from anyone, and a person at 64TEQ reads it and comes back with one of three answers: fair, could be better, or wrong for what you're trying to do, and why. No charge, no obligation, and if it's a good quote we'll say so and tell you to take it.

We compare against list price, spec, support life and the small print, not against the other reseller. We don't badmouth anyone; we just tell you what we see. Before you send, the page checks the lines it recognises so you get something back immediately.

Nothing you paste leaves your browser until you choose to send it. Got it as a PDF or a photo? Send it on WhatsApp instead and skip the typing.

What we notice at a glance appears here, then one tap sends the whole quote to a person for the real answer.

03 · Start a conversation

Tell us about your estate. We'll tell you who you should be talking to.

A few honest questions about what you run, what's prompting this and when. At the end you get a summary you can send to us in one tap, and it lands with the right person rather than a queue.

64TEQ · pre-sales assistantLive
64TEQHello. I'm here to work out who at 64TEQ you should be talking to, not to sell you anything. What's prompting the conversation today: a renewal coming up, a refresh, growth, something that's broken or just curiosity?

The assistant runs on Claude inside this page and keeps nothing between visits. It won't quote prices or promise lead times; a person does that. Prefer a person from the start? Call 0203 858 0264 or WhatsApp us.

What we heard

As you talk, the summary builds here. When it's complete you can send it to us in one tap, or copy it for an email.

Who picks it up

Depending on what you tell us, your summary goes to one of these, not to a queue.

  • 01A call with the team when there's a live project, a renewal or something broken.
  • 02A quote when you already know what you need and want it priced and configured.
  • 03An invitation to The Curious Mindset when you lead technology and what you actually want is peers, not a supplier.
  • 04Just the information when you're early. We'll send it and leave you alone.
“There is only one reason to go into a journey of building a company and this is about creating value.”Uri Levine, co-founder of Waze

So that's what we built 64TEQ to do.

04 · What we stand for

Six years ago we stopped running 64TEQ like every other reseller.

We stopped selling and built a community instead.

We took our inspiration from Atlassian, who grew into a large software business in their early years without salespeople. Their growth came from the product, the community around it and word of mouth. That showed us we could do it differently.

Instead of building a sales function and sending branded merchandise destined for the bin, we put the entire budget into an invitation-only community for technology leadership teams. Communities built on collaboration and shared problem solving are the future.

Those choices are deliberate. They signal what this is really about: relationships, shared experience and something that lasts.

We are building

A world rooted in genuine human trust.

A world where every technology leader has a circle to lean on, not just a network to scroll past.

A world where no technology leader leads alone.

A note from the founder

Six years ago I looked at what our sales and marketing budget was really giving technology leaders and it was interruptions. Calls nobody wanted, emails nobody read, USB pens and mugs nobody kept.

At the same time I kept seeing the challenges technology leaders actually had and they were rarely about the technology. Roughly 80% human, 20% technical: the people, the politics, the isolation at the top. Nobody was building anything for the 80%.

So I stopped spending on traditional sales and marketing methods and put the whole budget into The Curious Mindset instead: a room where technology leaders could talk to each other without being sold to. I didn't know if a reseller could grow that way. Six years on, that room is 3,000 technology leaders strong and it's still where most of our clients meet us.

Our sales and marketing spend, drawn to scale. The slice keeps the brand ticking over: this site, the name, a presence on LinkedIn. The rest goes to The Curious Mindset. No ad spend. No outbound.

What every reseller says.

Every reseller says “partner”.
Most mean “pipeline”.
Every reseller says “value add”.
We don't tell you ours. We show you: a community of 3,000+ technology leaders.

Nobody in IT wakes up hoping a reseller will call.

Technology and procurement teams have built a healthy cynicism about suppliers and with good reason.

We can't do anything about the volume of cold calls and junk email aimed at your team. We can promise that none of it comes from us.

05 · Where you are

Sound familiar?

What technology and procurement teams say about resellers, in their own words, lightly tidied.

  • An account manager who changes every quarter and needs your estate explained again, or who stops replying once the PO has landed.
  • A spec sheet emailed back as a quote, no opinion attached, from someone who admitted they weren't sure what your business does.
  • "Yes, we can hit that date." The order is taken to meet your deadline, the sourcing starts afterwards, the updates stop and the date comes and goes without the kit.
  • Top-tier licences for people who read email and open spreadsheets, and a bundle with three products you'll never switch on, both sold to you as a discount. Anyone who's renewed an Enterprise Agreement knows the feeling.
  • The five-year lock-in that saves four per cent and costs you every option you'd want in year two, or the extended warranty on a device you'll refresh in three.
  • A dozen suppliers to onboard, chase, audit and pay for one estate, each with a partner tier you're expected to take on trust.
  • A "strategic partnership" that lasts exactly as long as the quarter you're being measured in.
  • A 40-minute hold queue when it breaks, because the partner who sold it has moved on.

We're not going to tell you we're different. Everyone says that. You've used the tools and seen what we stopped doing. Next is how we think about the years after the first order, and then the people who work with us do the talking.

06 · Our approach

There are four levels of value we can offer you. Most suppliers stop at the first.

A true strategic partnership is the highest of the four, and it's where we want to operate. The common thread on the way up is commercial clarity: technology that isn't just deployed, but optimised and tied to what your business actually needs.

  1. ProductWhere most stopFeatures and benefits. We go further and talk about what you're trying to do and how the product helps you do it.
  2. ServiceProducts fail and people need help making technology work. We help you put it in, use it and fix it.
  3. Business resultsThe improvement our products and services create for you, measured in things that matter, like margin, time and risk.
  4. Strategic partnerWhere we want to beWe help shape outcomes, not just solve today's problem. Integrated into your thinking, not called in after the fact.

07 · Why we stay small

Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver.

We operate in the same market as the billion-pound resellers, and we're deliberately not one of them.

Being small is why we move faster, stay closer and answer the phone when the big players can't.

In their words

What it's like to work with us, from the people who do.

In the last week three people in my team have commented on how brilliant 64TEQ have been. Once you've asked for something there's certainty it will be done, and they take accountability for issues outside their control, couriers and faulty hardware included, and get them rectified fast.

Partner with us

We work with a small number of alliance partners who share our ethos and behave the way we do. Each brings a specialism we don't have. If that sounds like you, say hello.

Manufacturers and partners

Accredited where it counts. Chosen by the people who run IT.

We hold accreditations and partner certifications with the manufacturers that matter most to our clients, and an authorised route through UK distribution for the rest. Accreditation means verified technical expertise, higher-tier pricing and an approved route to market. Distribution means you can still buy it through one partner, on one invoice.

The Curious Mindset

Where most of our clients meet us.

A highly vetted, invitation-only community for technology leaders. Sixty minutes live every fortnight with a special guest and a Q&A that never leaves the room. A monthly dinner. Quarterly live events. No membership fee. No sales pressure.

For 64TEQ clients

No other reseller offers this.

64TEQ clients who lead technology gain access to the room. It's where technology leaders connect, learn and grow together.

  • Guests have included polar explorers, hostage negotiators, Olympians, RAF pilots and the creator of Ruby on Rails
  • Chatham House rules: nothing a member says is recorded, quoted or attributed

You don't have to be a client to be invited, and you don't have to be a member to be a client. The two are deliberately separate. Nothing is sold in the room.

Word of mouth

Know a technology leader who'd get on with us?

Word of mouth is our whole go-to-market. If you've worked with us and there's someone you think should, put them forward. Your name goes on the introduction.

01They hear from a person within a week, with your name on it, and nothing else follows if they say no.
02If they lead technology, we'll also ask whether they'd like an invitation to The Curious Mindset. No fee, no pressure.
03Prefer to make the introduction yourself? Generate your personal link below and send it however you like.
Who are you putting forward?
And you

Fill in the fields above first; we need them to make the introduction properly.

Opens WhatsApp with the introduction written for you. Nothing is stored on this page.

Or send them your own link

The link carries your first name and nothing else. When they open it, they'll see you brought them here.

Straight answers

The questions people ask before they ask us anything else.

How small is too small?
We work with businesses from small and medium firms through to enterprise. We don't sell to consumers. If you have an IT estate and someone responsible for it, we can help.
How fast can you turn something around?
We're built for the reactive space: emergency hardware replacements, last-minute licences, the order that has to land before Monday. We aim for next-day delivery on stocked items, and same day when it really can't wait. We'll tell you honestly when something isn't possible rather than promise it and miss.
Will you pre-configure devices before they arrive?
Yes. Imaging, security software, settings, asset tags and labels, so devices arrive ready to hand out rather than ready to build.
Do you support what you sell?
Yes. You call us, not a manufacturer's hold queue. For round-the-clock managed service we bring in accredited service-desk and infrastructure capability and 64TEQ owns the relationship throughout.
Where are you based?
We're a UK company, registered in London, working with clients across the country. The Curious Mindset runs its in-person dinners and events around the UK.

Start the conversation. Start the partnership.

You are not buying a service. You are choosing a partner. One who treats your team as the priority, works hard to earn your trust, stays close enough to know your business and picks up when it's on fire.
